July 7, 2025 | San Antonio, TX
We were thrilled to join thousands of educators in San Antonio for one of the biggest edtech events of the year, ISTE 2025. From unveiling new features to amplifying educator voice across sessions and conversations, Brisk showed up ready to connect, listen, and share how AI can support real classroom needs.
Throughout the week, our team focused on meaningful engagement and learning from the teachers, students, and leaders who shape how education evolves every day. Here are just a few highlights from a week packed with energy, insight, and community.

A Booth That Brought People Together
The Brisk booth became a true gathering place, filled with hands-on demos, educator-led sessions, and conversations that went well beyond tech. Thousands of educators came through daily, many returning with teammates to dive deeper into how Brisk supports their teaching goals.
Some of the most powerful moments came from our guest speakers, including Eric Curts, Leslie Fisher, Carl Hooker, Joe and Kristin Merrill, Matt Miller, Rachelle Dene Poth, and Amiya, a student speaker who brought a fresh perspective to the role of AI in learning. These sessions offered real, practical insight into how educators are using Brisk in their daily practice — from streamlining planning and resource creation to supporting student growth.

Club Brisk in Action
Our Club Brisk members didn’t just show up — they led the way. At the booth, educators like Christie Cloud, David Hinrichs, Phil Hintz, Christina Nunez, and Dustin Rimmey shared how they’re using Brisk in real classrooms, offering practical insights and sparking powerful conversations with fellow educators. Across conference sessions and playgrounds, Bonnie Nieves, Julie Carson, and Tina Nieman brought hands-on learning to life, helping others explore Brisk through an instructional lens.
These educators weren’t just participants — they were leaders, collaborators, and changemakers. Their energy, expertise, and generosity made a lasting impact, and we’re so grateful for the way they continue to shape and strengthen the Brisk community.

What’s New and What’s Coming
During live sessions at the booth, Arman Jaffer, Brisk CEO & Founder, introduced new features and integrations — all built in response to what educators have asked for — and offered a preview of what’s coming next. From more customizable content creation to deeper integrations and tools that surface real-time insights, the updates sparked meaningful conversations about how AI can support instruction without replacing the heart of teaching. Attendees also got a first look at features designed to support personalized learning, spark creativity, simplify unit planning, analyze student progress, streamline grading, and work directly with Microsoft — all built to meet educators where they are and reduce the time between planning and impact.

Evening Events That Sparked Joy and Connection
We didn’t stop connecting when the Expo floor closed. The evenings gave us more time for community, reflection, and the kind of connection that fuels the work we do.
From the Poetry Slam at Paramour at the Phipps, hosted by Carl Hooker and Adam Phyall, to the Rooftop Rodeo, co-hosted with our friends at Wayground, Diffit, and ScreenPal, every moment created space to recharge and reconnect — with big laughs, stunning views, and powerful storytelling.
And if you spotted a Ferrari (or two) outside the conference center, yes, that was us, too. Educators lined up to take photos with the Brisk-branded cars, a fun nod to our mission to speed up your workflow and put educators — literally and figuratively — in the driver’s seat of innovation.
These gatherings reminded us how important community is, and how much energy comes from being together.

A Moment We’re Proud Of
Amid all of the learning, sharing, and connecting, we were honored to be recognized with a Best of Show Award from Tech & Learning.
It’s a reflection of the work we’re doing alongside educators, and a reminder that building thoughtful, impactful tools doesn’t go unnoticed. We’re proud of what we’ve created — but even more proud of who we’re building it with.

Looking Ahead
ISTE 2025 reminded us what really moves education forward — passionate people working together, asking good questions, and sharing what works.
We left San Antonio energized by the stories we heard, the feedback we received, and the people we connected with. Every conversation helps shape how we move forward. We’re more committed than ever to designing tools that support educators, elevate student voice, and prioritize what matters most.
Thank you to everyone who visited the booth, shared a session, attended an event, or simply stopped by to say hello. We’re grateful to be building this alongside you.
