La nostra storia

Siamo un gruppo eterogeneo di tecnologi, educatori e genitori, uniti dalla passione per il miglioramento della vita degli insegnanti. Con oltre un decennio di esperienza collettiva nell'insegnamento e ruoli ricoperti presso aziende leader nel settore dell'ed-tech come Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, Seesaw Learning, PBS Kids, NoRedInk, Panorama Education, GoGuardian ed Edulastic, comprendiamo profondamente le esigenze di chi lavora nella scuola.

Il nostro obiettivo è semplice:
Alleggerire il carico di lavoro degli insegnanti, affinché possano dedicare più tempo a ciò che amano: insegnare, anziché occuparsi di compiti amministrativi.

Siamo qui per creare qualcosa di trasformativo, non per apportare piccole modifiche. Crediamo fermamente nella nostra missione e partiamo dai principi fondamentali per rendere possibile ciò che finora non lo era stato per le aule di tutto il mondo. Quando facciamo centro, le persone non possono fare a meno di parlarne agli altri.

Puntiamo tutto sulla qualità delle relazioni, che si tratti di creare una campagna, chiudere un accordo, gestire una formazione o rispondere a un ticket di assistenza. Ascoltiamo più di quanto parliamo, poniamo le domande giuste e siamo sempre presenti per costruire qualcosa che duri nel tempo.

Sviluppiamo posizioni forti e ben definite, supportate dai dati. Valutiamo ogni investimento in base alle nostre priorità strategiche e rinunciamo alle opportunità che ci allontanano dai nostri obiettivi. Preferiamo fare poche cose in modo eccellente piuttosto che molte in modo mediocre.

Agiamo con urgenza. Raggiungiamo i nostri obiettivi, pubblichiamo rapidamente e iteriamo nel mondo reale invece di perderci in dibattiti ipotetici. Collaboriamo tra i vari team senza lasciare che i compartimenti stagni ci rallentino, chiediamo aiuto quando siamo in difficoltà e prendiamo l'iniziativa senza bisogno di essere sollecitati.

Come lavoriamo in team
Ci scambiamo feedback diretti perché abbiamo a cuore la crescita reciproca e non temiamo il confronto, perché affina il nostro pensiero. Una volta presa una decisione, ci impegniamo a fondo e avanziamo insieme, dando sempre fiducia agli altri e cogliendo ogni occasione per imparare. Facciamo tutto questo restando noi stessi, con le nostre peculiarità e la nostra empatia: è un nostro punto di forza, non un difetto.

Founder & CEO
Arman started Brisk after years of watching the same pattern play out across education — brilliant teachers spending their nights and weekends on work that technology should handle, with no time left for the part they got into teaching for. He came from the White House, Google, and CZI, but what drives him is building something teachers genuinely can't imagine going back without.
Jeni Weber
Marketing
Jeni's mom is a teacher, so she grew up watching what the job actually costs a person. Before Brisk, she was an ESL teacher herself, which means she pressure-tests every line she writes against a simple question: would my mom stop scrolling for this? If the answer is no, she rewrites it until it is.
Pam Martinez
Engineering
Pam has spent over a decade building EdTech products — at Seesaw, Clever, and now Brisk — and co-founded Snowball Wealth along the way. What keeps her here is shipping tools that teachers tell her they'd be lost without, and making sure Brisk works just as well for a teacher in a rural district as it does anywhere else.

Ari makes sure what Brisk builds matches what educators need. She came from the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, where she first saw how much potential AI had to change classrooms if someone built it right. At Brisk, she's the connective tissue between what teachers ask for and what ships.
Anjali Rajpara
Customer Success
Anjali has supported hundreds of schools and districts in getting Brisk into classrooms, from the first PD session to the moment it clicks. She spent five years at NoRedInk doing the same kind of partnership work before joining Brisk, and one principal she onboarded told her he "saw the future of education" during their session together.

Bryan is a former teacher, so when he sits across from a superintendent or curriculum director, he's not delivering a pitch — he's translating something he lived into something they can see working across their buildings.
