Arman started Brisk after years of watching the same pattern play out across education — brilliant teachers spending their nights and weekends on work that technology should handle, with no time left for the part they got into teaching for. He came from the White House, Google, and CZI, but what drives him is building something teachers genuinely can't imagine going back without.

Jeni's mom is a teacher, so she grew up watching what the job actually costs a person. Before Brisk, she was an ESL teacher herself, which means she pressure-tests every line she writes against a simple question: would my mom stop scrolling for this? If the answer is no, she rewrites it until it is.

Pam has spent over a decade building EdTech products — at Seesaw, Clever, and now Brisk — and co-founded Snowball Wealth along the way. What keeps her here is shipping tools that teachers tell her they'd be lost without, and making sure Brisk works just as well for a teacher in a rural district as it does anywhere else.

Ari makes sure what Brisk builds matches what educators need. She came from the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, where she first saw how much potential AI had to change classrooms if someone built it right. At Brisk, she's the connective tissue between what teachers ask for and what ships.

Anjali has supported hundreds of schools and districts in getting Brisk into classrooms, from the first PD session to the moment it clicks. She spent five years at NoRedInk doing the same kind of partnership work before joining Brisk, and one principal she onboarded told her he "saw the future of education" during their session together.

Bryan is a former teacher, so when he sits across from a superintendent or curriculum director, he's not delivering a pitch — he's translating something he lived into something they can see working across their buildings.
