How we build
We're here to build something transformational, not to make incremental fixes. We have conviction in our mission and build from first principles to unlock what's never been possible for classrooms around the world. When we get it right, people can't help but tell others about it.
How we interact with the world
We obsess over deep relationships, whether we're creating a campaign, closing a deal, running a training, or responding to a support ticket. We listen more than we talk, ask great questions, and show up consistently to build something that lasts.
How we make decisions
We develop strong, opinionated stances backed by data. We weigh every investment against our strategic priorities and say no to opportunities that pull us off course. We'd rather do a few things exceptionally well than many things adequately.
How we interact with the world
We operate with urgency. We reach our goals, ship fast, and iterate in the real world rather than debating hypotheticals. We collaborate across teams without letting silos slow us down, seek help when we're stuck, and make things happen without being asked.
How we work as a team
We give and receive direct feedback because we care about each other's development, and we lean into disagreement because it sharpens our thinking. Where we work
We have offices in San Francisco and New York City, with a hybrid schedule (2 days per week in-office).

We usually ask for 2 references – one manager and one peer or direct report depending on the role.
