Is AI working for K-12 teachers? A two-year study of 542 educators

When districts invest in an AI platform, the question isn't whether teachers will try it. It's whether they'll still be using it a year from now, and whether the outcomes hold up under scrutiny.

This study answers both questions. Conducted by an independent researcher across Kettle Moraine, Palmyra-Eagle, Pewaukee, and Waunakee school districts, the research combined survey data from 542 certified educators with platform usage analytics spanning each district's implementation period through December 2025.

The central finding: educators who cross the one-year mark with Brisk report meaningfully stronger outcomes across multiple measures, and the gains compound with sustained use.

Inside the study

61% of Brisk teachers save meaningful time, and 46% reinvest it in deeper instruction. Teachers aren't clocking out earlier. They're going deeper with students.

3x increase in feedback time savings

Feedback time savings grow from 15% to 45% with sustained use. Feedback is the most time-intensive part of teaching, and this was the largest single tenure effect in the study.

2x improvement in time management

Time management ease nearly doubles, from 34% to 60% after two years.

50% increase in AI confidence

AI confidence grows from 42% to 63% through platform use alone. No separate PD required.
