We have offices in San Francisco and New York City, with a hybrid schedule (2 days per week in-office).

Our hiring process
For FTE roles. We want you to know what to expect:
- Application Review — We read every application and aim to respond within one week.
- Recruiter Screen (some roles) — A 30-minute call to learn about your background and share more about Brisk.
- Hiring Manager Interview — A deeper conversation about the role and your experience.
- Take-Home Assignment (some roles) — A chance to demonstrate your know-how and strategic thinking in a more relaxed environment.
- Virtual “Onsite” Interviews — Meet the people you'd work with; may include a work sample or case study depending on the role. Our team will help to prep you for what to expect and how to do well ahead of the conversations.
- References — We usually ask for 2 references – one manager and one peer or direct report depending on the role.
- Offer — If it's a fit, we move quickly to make you our newest team member!
