We obsess over deep relationships, whether we're creating a campaign, closing a deal, running a training, or responding to a support ticket. We listen more than we talk, ask great questions, and show up consistently to build something that lasts.

Where we work

We have offices in San Francisco and New York City, with a hybrid schedule (2 days per week in-office).

Some roles on go-to-market teams are fully remote.

Our hiring process

For FTE roles. We want you to know what to expect:
  1. Application Review — We read every application and aim to respond within one week.
  2. Recruiter Screen (some roles) — A 30-minute call to learn about your background and share more about Brisk.
  3. Hiring Manager Interview — A deeper conversation about the role and your experience.
  4. Take-Home Assignment (some roles) — A chance to demonstrate your know-how and strategic thinking in a more relaxed environment.
  5. Virtual “Onsite” Interviews — Meet the people you'd work with; may include a work sample or case study depending on the role. Our team will help to prep you for what to expect and how to do well ahead of the conversations.
  6. References — We usually ask for 2 references – one manager and one peer or direct report depending on the role.
  7. Offer — If it's a fit, we move quickly to make you our newest team member!
